Customers visit my ecommerce website put items in the shopping cart and do not check out / purchase . How can CRM help ?

1)  Chat bot campaigns  -   is a  feature that  you can  use  Triggered campaigns  for visitors or targeted campaigns  for  contacts in you CRM   so  when they  go on leave  items in the  cart you can  trigger a bot  to  remind them  to  check out or offer them a offer to  purchase.  


2)  journey  campaigns  -  is aa feature that  triggered  emails  can be sent  to  contacts if they  leave  items in their shopping carts .
